Michael maintains both the 415 Group internal network as well as our clients’ external networks.

As part of the IT department, Christopher primarily deals with remote support, including resolving support tickets and calls that the team receives.

Sandy is an account manager who works with the firm’s Information Technology division.

Andrew is an IT Field Engineer who specializes in consultation, sales and technical services.

As an IT Client Relations Manager, Wayne focuses on valued relationships with clients and their staff.

As a remote desktop engineer, Ryan addresses client needs whenever a technical issue arises.

Luis is an IT Field Technician within the 415 Group Information Technology division.

Jacob is a Field Engineer within the 415 Group Information Technology division.

Tim provides remote assistance to clients to resolve IT issues for seamless business operations.

As the remote team lead at 415 Group, Nick resolves our client’s help desk tickets.
