Nicholas A. Ross joined 415 Group’s IT Department in August 2019. Before joining the firm, he spent eight years in the United States Marine Corps doing IT work on various systems. He gained additional experience as an IT contractor for a tax agency in Brecksville and as an IT manager for a multi-brand enterprise in Zanesville.
As a remote team lead at 415 Group, Nick resolves our clients’ help desk tickets. Their issues can range from desktop to network issues and all things in between. He enjoys the unique issues our clients have, saying, “We are constantly being challenged to push ourselves to continue our education to ensure we are able to meet the needs of our clients without any service interruptions.”
Whenever an issue arises, Nick tries to learn something new. He says, “I am a firm believer in first-call resolution, and as such I try to become as knowledgeable as possible about our client’s environments, so I can better assist them with whatever issues may arise.”
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his children, Nicholas and Isabella. He is an avid reader, who enjoys running, as well as playing and watching most sports.
