Yes, in the sense that matters most day to day: we keep both platforms patched, updated, and running on infrastructure we manage. What we don’t do is fix problems inside the software itself — if a report won’t calculate right or the general ledger won’t print, that’s still a call to your CCH or Thomson Reuters support line, not ours. We keep the platform running; the vendor’s own support handles what happens inside it.
