Ryan A. Hanlon joined 415 Group as a Remote Desktop Engineer in April 2019. As part of our IT division, he provides excellent customer support by immediately addressing client needs whenever a technical issue arises.

Ryan has a passion for IT. He works hard to continuously improve the service he provides to clients by learning as much as he can and staying informed on trends and updates in his field.

When Ryan isn’t at work, he loves to play the guitar and perform with his band. He’s also an avid gamer and music collector.
