Luis Jimenez is our Lead Remote Technician on our help desk here at 415 Group. He has been with us for 5 years now. Lou enjoys the variety of problems he is able to help solve through working at 415 Group. By working with many different clients across various industries, he is not limited to only one niche, but gets to experience a wide variety of technical issues to solve. Specifically with working on the help desk, Lou appreciates getting to help his team, as team lead, through problems and issues that come up in tickets. He also enjoys being able to work from the 415 Group office with all his co-workers and not having the daily travels of a field technician.
Lou graduated from Stark State College with his associates degree in computer science and certificates in A+, Network+, and Security+. After helping clients all day, he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and ATV riding in his free time. Lou is married to his wife Jo, and they have a beautiful 2-year-old daughter Sophia. After noticing a rise in tickets on the matter, Lou wanted to share his knowledge on phishing attempts with everyone. He has provided a tutorial on how to spot a phishing email and how to protect yourself, your information, and your company from the scheme.
