Charles Shamblen Bio – April 2020 Newsletter

Charles Shamblen is a member of our remote technician team and has been a 415 Group team member for almost three years. Chuck enjoys his work on the help desk because he has the opportunity to solve a wide variety of complex issues, all while helping people in the process. Additionally, he likes to work with his team members and share the knowledge he has gained from his years in IT. Chuck was drawn to work in the IT field as he was able to combine his interest in technology with helping others. Specifically, he likes that he is able to share what he knows to help others use and understand technology better.

Chuck attended Stark State College where he received his Help Desk IT Certification. He also holds CompTIA A+, Networking+, and Microsoft Certified Professional certificates. As much as he enjoys learning about and working with technology, in his free time Chuck enjoys doing anything that gets him away from a computer. That includes hiking, kayaking, camping, home improvement projects, and learning, just to name a few. Chuck has written an article about how to create an email signature in Outlook after noticing numerous tickets with this request come across the 415 Group Help Desk.
