The 12th annual MSP 501 worldwide company rankings beat last year’s record number of applicants from around the globe, of which 415 Group claimed a spot again, being named one of the most forward-thinking and progressive managed service providers (MSPs) in 2019, for the second year in a row.

The MSP 501 list was the first of its kind and has become the most pronounced listing of top managed service providers in the world. Since its inception 12 years ago, the MSP 501 list has grown from simply a competitive ranking of MSPs to an exciting group of service providers, vendors, distributors, consultants, and industry analysts that exemplify and help evolve the opportunities always emerging in the managed service sector. Channel Futures determines its list of MSP 501 winners by analyzing data provided by each company to include, among other factors, growth and recurring revenue. They use their own unique methodology to rank the most progressive and forward-thinking MSPs in the world.
Channel Futures, along with its sister site Channel Partners, ranked each winner by recognizing that not all revenue earned produces the same return, and therefore should not be weighed equally between applicants. They analyzed the candidate’s revenue in accordance to how accurately their business strategy predicts, and how quickly they act upon, the rapid and ever-changing trends and demands of the IT MSP world. The MSP 501 survey that all applicants complete not only helps with the rankings, but also provides the data to create Channel Futures’ annual study of business and technology trends in the IT channel.
