Bobby joined our IT department in October 2021. In his role, he provides remote assistance and technical support for 415 Group’s IT clients.
Since Bobby joined 415 Group, he loves how devoted the company is to providing the best support possible to clients. In fact, this is part of his work philosophy: “I always want to lead by example and provide the best support I can by fixing the problem correctly the first time.”
Prior to joining us, Bobby was an IT Supervisor at Springfield Local Schools and provided Tier 2 Helpdesk support at Windstream.
Bobby and his fiancée have two dogs, an Irish setter and a mini dachshund. Outside of work, Bobby enjoys weightlifting, working on cars, and completing house projects for himself and friends.
